Preparation for upcoming cross-cultural dialogue to be discussed in UNESCO

Preparations for the International Summit on Cross-Cultural Dialogue slated for April 2011 in Baku are underway, according to Azeri minister of culture and tourism Abulfaz Garayev. Broad summit-related discussions will take place at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris on September 13.

The forthcoming Baku summit will be organized by the Council of Europe, UNESCO, ISESCO and United Nations Alliance of Civilizations. Presidents of several countries are expected to attend the event, according to Mr. Garayev.
