Stamp dating back to V-VI centuries discovered in Barda

Iron seal (stamp) dating back to ancient history was found in one of the houses in the center of Barda region of Azerbaijan during excavation of land to a depth of 5 meters, Barda resident Asaf Mammadov said.

The stamp has an inscription in old Persian language. A research revealed that the inscription is written in old Persian language. It dates back to V-VI centuries. However, the inscription was not able to read.
