Fires in several region of Azerbaijan extinguished

Fires that were recorded in several regions of Azerbaijan were extinguished, the Azerbaijani Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported. Fires occurred in the territory of Astara (on the square of 1.5 hectares) and Khizi (100 hectares) regions on weekends.

The employees of the Emergency Situations Ministry and the fire stations of Sumgait, Khizi, Guba, Shabran were able to extingush fires. The Ecology Ministry encourages the public to be careful when dealing with fire, observe fire safety rules.
