Earthquake shakes northern Azerbaijan

A 3.20 earthquake hit Azerbaijan's northern Guba region on Aug. 15, the Republican Seismological Center said. The quake took place at 21:17 local time. The tremors were not felt. Guba is located about 170 kilometers north of the capital Baku.
