Azerbaijani president opens Shabran ring road and bridge complex

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated the Shabran ring road and bridge complex over the Baku-Guba-Russia state border highway, AzerTAc state news agency reported.

Transport minister Ziya Mammadov informed the President that the four-line bridge was 540 meters in length, 23 meters in width and 18 meters in height. The bridge has been provided with 8-9 sesimic resitance. President Aliyev cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the bridge and wished success to the builders, and praised the work done.
