Son kills his father with a spade in Azerbaijan’s Dashkesan region

16-year-old boy killed his father in Dashkesen region of Azerbaijan, press service of Prosecutor General’s Office told APA. It was recorded in Zivlan village of the region at 13.30 on August 9. The police office gave information to the region prosecutor’s office that Yashar Mammadov (54) passed away. Later, his body was taken for medical examination.

The initial investigation found out that Yashar Mammadov and his son Arzu Mammadov quarreled on August 8. Arzu Mammadov hurt his father with a spade in the presence of the family members. Yashar Mammadov died at 08.30 on August 9.

Criminal case has been launched on the fact on article 126.3 of the Criminal Code. Arzu Mammadov was arrested on August 9. He admitted the crime. The region prosecutor’s office continues investigation.
