Azeri winners of Muskie graduate fellowship program leave for U.S.

Fifteen winners of the Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program have left for the United States to pursue their Master`s level study. The Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program is a program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States Department of State which is administered by International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX).
