The Baku State University (BSU) will collaborate with the Polish State University of Wroclaw.

A protocol on cooperation was undersigned by BSU Rector Abel Maharramov and University of Wroclaw Rector Roman Kolacz.
Based on the document, the universities will cooperate in the implementation of joint projects in nanotechnology, immunology, and biotechnology, as well as exchange of students, graduate students and teachers.
The Polish State University of Wroclaw has 11,000 students. They study environmental problems, agriculture, geodesy, cartography, biology, biotechnology and others.
