Azerbaijani scientists join UNESCO hydrological session

Director of the Azerbaijan Hydrometeorology Research Institute, Deputy Chairman of National Committee for Azerbaijan of the UNESCO International Hydrological Programme (IHP) participated in the 19th session of the IHP Council held in Paris.

The session discussed election of IHP Council chairman and members, use of underwater amidst global climate change and other issues.

The participants also shared their views on hydrological researches and joint fight against floods.
