Technology entrepreneur seminar launched in Baku

A seminar on development of science & technology entrepreneur programs (STEP) organized by Azerbaijan National Science Foundation and US Civilian Research & Development Foundation began in Baku. The seminar will focus on reports about technological commercialization strategy and technological assessment.
