Azerbaijani citizen injured in Istanbul-Baku bus crash

During the accident that happened in Turkey on Sunday, only one citizen of Azerbaijan, last name whom has been identified as Zeynalova (first name is yet to be confirmed) got injured, Azerbaijani ambassador to Turkey Zakir Hashimov said.

According to him, Zeynalova escaped with minor injuries, she was given medical treatment in the hospital, where she was taken after the accident, and later she was released. Ambassador also said, that other passengers on the bus are citizens of Georgia and Uzbekistan, although they all ethnic Azeris.

A passenger bus moving from Istanbul to Azerbaijan crashed in the Turkish city of Samsun, the Hurriyet newspaper reported. As a result of traffic accident, about 10 people were injured.

The injured are hospitalized in Carshamba state hospital .A source in the hospital said that the condition of the injured passengers onborard of the bus is satisfactory. After rendering necessary medical care, they were released from the hospital. The source also noted, that about 11 injured people were taken to the hospital.
