Turks and Azerbaijanis organized a march in Austria on Turkish Day

A parade under title "Turkish Day" took place in Vienna.
The parade was held in the central square of the city. Nearly 2,000 Turks were holding Turkish and Azerbaijani flags. Police blocked 5 km stretch of road paving the way for the procession. Head of the Cultural Organization of Austria Orhan Ciftci noted that Azerbaijanis received their invitation to participate in the procession, demonstrating that “we are one nation, not only in words but in deeds.”

The procession participants chanted slogans "Let us always be together," "We are equal!", "End the Israeli-Palestinian blockade!" Slogans related to the Khojaly genocide and occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh was also chanted during the parade.
