Azerbaijani citizens having diplomatic, special and service passports to enjoy visa-free travel to Libya

According to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in Tripoli in March, Libya and Azerbaijan will allow a reciprocal visa-free access to their citizens, who have diplomatic, special and service passports. Azerbaijani Parliament is expected to ratify the MOU at its extraordinary session on Tuesday.
