Eye surgery goes live online in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan's National Ophthalmology Center has hosted live webcasts of eye surgeries.
The operations have been shown online as part of an international conference marking the 87th anniversary of outstanding Azerbaijani ophthalmologist Zarifa Aliyeva.

The surgeries involved local and foreign doctors. The purpose of the webcast was to demonstrate the latest techniques to the conference's participants and a wider audience.
