Azerbaijani ombudsman's representatives attend training in Manila

The representatives of the Azerbaijani Ombudsman's Office have participated in an experience-sharing meeting as a follow-up to the regional technical assistance project.

The event was organized by the Asian Ombudsman Association and funded by the Asian Development Bank.

On the agenda were negative impact of corruption on economic and social development, attraction of NGOs, governmental agencies and civil society to the fight against corruption.

Speaking at the event, Azerbaijani representatives told of the activity of Azerbaijani ombudsman and its cooperation with the civil society.
