Cultural monuments in Dashkesen region to be restored

Repair and restoration works will be carried out in some historical and cultural facilities, as well as in cultural monuments in Dashkesen region this year, Elchin Gurbanov, the head of Culture and Tourism Department of the region said. According to him, at present the department is making a list of to be restored facilities.

The bill-estimate documents of Cultural houses in Garatepe and Emirvar villages, History and Ethnography Museum of the region, art school, the building of Centralized Library System and other facilities are prepared now.

Besides, it is considered to carry out restoration works in Albanian monuments in Bayan and Gabagtepe villages and in an ancient monastery-church located in Guschu.
