Azerbaijani president meets sportsmen in National Olympic Committee

Azerbaijan`s National Olympic Committee has awarded best sportsmen, coaches and sports experts of 2009.
President of Azerbaijan, President of the National Olympic Committee Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the award-giving ceremony.

The President viewed a photo exhibition in the National Olympic Committee`s foyer featuring Azerbaijan`s sporting achievements.

Afterwards, the award-giving ceremony took place.

President Ilham Aliyev delivered a speech at the event.
