Azerbaijan attends conference on migration and violence against women in Paris

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), European Interparliamentary Union and International Organization for Migration organized a conference entitled “Migration and Violence against Women in Europe” in Paris on Dec. 11

Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Gultakin Hajibayli said that representatives of the PACE member countries participated at the conference.

They discussed prevention of violence against women.

“They concluded that the best way for prevention of violence against women is good education of young generation”.

Hajibayli said she addressed the conference and informed the participants about the situation in this field in Azerbaijan.
