Azerbaijan Press Council issues a new list of racketeer-newspapers

"Based on the document presented by the Commission on Complaints of the Press Council of Azerbaijan, the newspapers Kheber Khetti ("News Line"), "Hugug ve ittiham" ("The law and prosecution"), "Ganun ve nazaret" ( "Law and control") were declared "racketeer newspapers", Council's press office said.

Some time ago the Press Council published a list of more than 80 newspapers, engaged in "racketeering."

The Council appealed to law-enforcement agencies to investigate these facts.
