Ceasefire violated almost 200 times in Azerbaijan-Armenia contact line in summer

The ceasefire has been violated 199 times on the Azerbaijan-Armenia contact line from mid-June to early September, Spokesman of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry Eldar Sabiroglu said.
Sabiroglu said the ceasefire was broken mostly in Khojavand, Goranboy, Agdam and Tartar.

In 2009, the OSCE held only four monitoring on the Azerbaijan-Armenia contact line, Sabiroglu added.
