Azerbaijan controls obligatory certification of arms

Azerbaijani State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents controls the obligatory certification of arms and their registration.
The committee is charged with exercising control over arms turnover, certification and launching state cadastre under the law on service and civil arms.

The committee urges businesses engaged in manufacture and sale of civil arms to register them after obligatory certification.

Otherwise, those who violate the rules will be punished.
