Azerbaijani, Moldavian constitutional courts to sign memo

The memorandum is expected to be signed during a visit of the delegation led by Constitutional Court chairman Farhad  Abdullayev to Moldova, Constitutional Court press service said.

Abdullaev will visit Chisinau on July 21- 24 to participate in an international judicial forum held jointly by the Constitutional Court of Moldova and the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe.  

At the forum on the 15th anniversary of the Constitution of Moldova, Abdullaev will speak on “Protection of Constitutional Rights and Freedoms of Citizens by Means of Individual Complaint to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”
