Milli Medjlis discusses laws on education and NGOs

Today the parliamentarians will discuss the draft law “On Education”, as well as amendments and alterations to the laws “On NGOs, public associations and funds”.

Notably, differences appeared on both issues among the population. The state admission commission offers to remove some regulations fixed in the law “On Education”.

Some NGOs do not accept the amendments and alterations to the law on NGOs. The National NGOs Forum offered to remove the document from today’s agenda for the reason of hasty development.

The Committee for protection of civil society, embracing over 100 NGOs decided to hold a picket in front of the Milli Medjlis building.
