U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton presented an Annual Trafficking in Person Report FY 2009.
It includes information on the overall situation in the world of human trafficking as well as reports on 52 countries.

In the part devoted to Azerbaijan, there were made detailed recommendations to combat human trafficking. It was mentioned not entirely satisfactory situation in this area, however, highlighted the significant efforts of the Azerbaijani government to resolve the problems.
