The 53rd Venice international exhibition of modern art opened in the Italian city of Venice, reports Day.Az with reference to the press service for the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

As is reported, like two years ago the Azerbaijani pavilion locates in the Venice theater Giudecca-Zitelle ("CZ95 Centro Civico"). The delegation is headed by Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfaz Garayev.
Chief of department at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Leyla Akhundzade familiarized with the activity of our artists. The subject of our pavilion is the statement of famous French Philosopher Decart: Think-therefore exist.
The exhibition features works of Tahir Salahov, Nailya Sultan, Teymur Rustamov, Niyaz Najafov, Farid Rasulov, Tarlan Gorchu and the Hett art group. The exhibition will last until November.
