Shota Utiashvili said they were cooperating with Azerbaijani law-enforcement bodies, but did not publicize the details because of the interests of the investigation.
Farda Gadirov, who committed the crime in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy on April 30, was the citizen of Georgia.
