Imprisoned journalist of Bizim Yol newspaper Mushvig Huseynov complains about health

According to journalist relative Cavidan Huseynov, during the meeting Mushvig Huseynov voiced complaints about health.

"The journalist mostly suffers from gastritis", concluded Huseynov.

Sources in the department on public relations of the Penitentiary system of the Justice Ministry said Mushvig Huseynov has no problems with health, everything is under control.

Notably, on January 21 of 2008 the Court of Grave Crimes sentenced Huseynov to 6 years in prison. Moreover, within two years he is prohibited to engage in the journalism activity. By decision of the Appellate Court, the court reduced the imprisonment term of Huseynov to five years.

The journalist was arrested on July 24 of 2007 officials of the National Security Ministry harged Huseynov under article 311.1 (bribery).
