Hurricane hits northern region of Azerbaijan

Hurricane caused a serious damage to residential houses of Guba (170 kilometers away from Baku in the northern region of Azerbaijan.
According to Trend News, covers of residential houses were destroyed in Gilezi, Gonagkend, Susay and Mokhuj villages.

Anout 20 electric columns were destroyed in Gonagkend village.

Chairman of the emergency commission of Guba Yusif Abidov announced that measures are taken to eliminate the consequencies. The energy supply, stopped in some villages of the region at night, was restored by morning.
