Cell phones likely to be prohibited after scandals with video tapes about violence in Azerbaijani army

He said military units of Azerbaijan are a kind of private objects, therefore, it is natural that mobile phones and their cameras can not be used there.

Commenting on the application of NATO standards, according to which soldiers are allowed to use not only mobile phones, but also Internet, Mirzazade said: "A mobile phone and Internet are different things. Access to Internet is admissible but the use of mobile phones is not", said Mirzazade.
