Turkish businessman arrested in Baku

Turkish businessman Yilmaz Kerem Yildirim, 30, wanted by the Justice Ministry Investigation Office has been arrested in Azerbaijan’s capital, Narimnanov District Police Office told APA.
Yildirim’s employee filed a charge against him for Yildirim’s 30 000 USD debt to him. Narimanov District Court passed a decision on the debt pay-off, but the Turkish businessman avoided the execution of the court decision. He was wanted for 10 days on article 306 (default of a verdict, decision or other actions of court) of the Criminal Code. Yildirim was detained as a result of operational searches conducted by the Narimanov Distrcit Police Office at request of the Justice Ministry Investigation Office. He was handed over to the Justice Ministry Investigation Office.

Yildirim carried on business in Baku.
