President of Azerbaijan approves state program on development of libraries in Azerbaijan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an executive order endorsing the State Program on Development of Library and Information Field in 2008-2013 in the Azerbaijan Republic. This program aims to improve the work of libraries, provide the society with more information and help Azerbaijani libraries join the world information network.
