President of Azerbaijan: "Cooperation with Muslim states is one of the priority trends on the way of Azerbaijan's integration with the world society"

The appeal says that comprehensive cooperation with the Muslim states is one of the priority trends on the way of integration of independent Azerbaijan into the world society.

"Expansion of our ties with the Organization for Islamic Conference, organization of Islamic science, education and culture proves that these relations are based on mutual contacts and serve the further development of our people in the spheres of education and science", says the letter.

The message states that through the past years Azerbaijan had attained serious progress on the way of socioeconomic development, which is a result of the economic policy, aimed at the purposeful use of natural resources of our country.

"It is a pride that these reforms, as well as large projects of local and international concern, have been successfully implemented owing to the knowledge and skills of local specialists.

The volume of the state-allocated funds for the further development of education and science in Azerbaijan is growing each year and special state programs are being implemented", says the letter.
