Second stage of provision of fresh water to Azerbaijani villages nearing completion

Day.Az reports that according to Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Huseyn Baghirov, in the framework of this stage 112,000 residents of the villages of the country's regions will be supplied with fresh water.

"We are preparing for the third stage, in the result of which 750,000 people will be provided with fresh water. Thus, the country will have not a single person, who would be left without high-quality fresh water", said the Minister.

It should be noted that the program is implemented in the framework of the president's decree "On measures on improvement of provision of population with ecologically pure water" of June 20 of 2007.
