Hurricane hits Quba region of Azerbaijan

According to APA, the hurricane, accompanied with rainfall, hail and thunderstorm, knocked the trees down.

Mud streams hit some villages of the region.

The Quba-Qachresh road was blocked in the result of the accident.

Serious damage is caused to private economies, residential houses and objects in the regional centers and a number of villages.

Chairman of the Commission on Emergency Situations of the region Yusif Abidov announced that an inspection was held in the area and the damage caused is being defined.
