Azerbaijan sends medicines to Georgia in the amount topping AZN 500,000

Due to deficit of medicines in Georgia, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev instructed the Ministry of Health to provide humanitarian aid to the neighbor country, said the press service for the Ministry of Health.
As is reported, 5 cars with 400 kinds of medicines and medical equipment were sent to the Georgian Ministry of Health yesterday.

The humanitarian aid of 25 tons, costing approximately AZN 400,000 consists of medicines, used in the sphere of reanimation, traumatology and surgery.

It should be noted that two days ago the Health Ministry of Azerbaijan sent medicines and medical equipment to Georgia in the amount of AZN 133,000. On the whole, the humanitarian aid, provided by Azerbaijan to Georgia made AZN 533,000.
