A group of Azerbaijani parliamentarians to nationalize their surnames

APA reports that the parliamentarians decided to nationalize their surnames.

Azay Guliyev is also among the parliamentarians, who want to change their surnames. Azay Guliyev told APA that he would change his surname to Guluzadeh. The MP said he had already prepared the necessary documents. MP Malahat Hasanova will also change her surname. She will be Malahat Ibrahimgizi. Gultakin Hajiyeva is also among the parliamentarians, who want to change their surnames. Hajiyeva told APA that she had already appealed to court in connection with it and would soon get her identity card with her new surname Hajibeyli.

"I believe that other parliamentarians will also do it", she said. MP Ganira Pashayeva will reportedly attend the fall session of the Parliament with her new surname. It was impossible to specify it with Ganira Pashayeva.
