Azerbaijanis involved in fights in Perm region of Russia

Two mass fights between Russian on the one side and Chechens and Azerbaijanis on the other side occurred through the past two weeks in Karagay, Perm.
As is reported, 2 local residents were killed and 11 injured.

Unknowns beat the newly appointed chief of local militia, who held a stricter policy towards migrants, as compared to the previous one.

The law enforcement bodies state that the cause of fights was alcohol and that incidents did not occur on the national basis.
