Appeal of former editor of Gundelik Azerbaijan newspaper filed in European Court

The appeal of former editor of Gundelik Azerbaijan newspaper was filed in the European Court of Human Rights Uzeir Jafarov, said defender Elchin Sadikhov.
He noted that the appeal, he filed, fixes violation of articles 6 and 10 of the European Convention on human rights protection.

It should be noted that the unknowns attacked former editor of Gundelik Azerbaijan newspaper, military expert Uzeir Jafarov in April of 2007. Criminal case was instituted on the fact of the attack, but then the investigation was dropped.
