Bakcell company manager declared swindler by the court

The Baku Appellate Court, presided by judge Ali Seyfaliyev considered the appeal of manager of Bakcell mobile operator, Macedonian Sashko Todorovski, said a source from the Appellate Court.
The Appellate Court has requelitied Sashko Todorovski's actions from bribery into fraud.

Initially, the Court of Grave Crimes found Todorovski guilty of bribery, sentencing him to 8 years in prison.

The Appellate Court requalitied his actions into fraud (article 178.3) and he was sentenced to 7 years.

It should be noted that manager of Bakcell company attempted to falsify the results of tenders, involving A-Group and Hi-Tech companies. Todorovski took a bribe from Hi-Tech in the amount of $10,000.
