Has Agil Halil's departure to France been coordinated with Azerbaijani authorities?

"Agil Halil has made a written undertaking of not to leave the place.

This undertaking bounds a person not to leave the city and arrive in a court by the first demand. If the French embassy did not take these requirements of Azerbaijani law into account, it has acted at least not ethically", said famous lawyer Aslam Ismayilov commenting on the issue of visa to Azadlyg newspaper correspondent Agil Halil for six months by the French Embassy to Azerbaijan and his being accompanied by the official of the French embassy to Azerbaijan.

He said there are numerous questions to the frontier officials as well.

"It is unclear why they allowed Halil out of Azerbaijan, if once they did not do it? Perhaps, Halil's departure has been coordinated with the Azerbaijani authorities", concluded the lawyer.
