Head of anti-doping sector of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Youth and Sport: "Decision of the Federation of International Hockey contradicts to the charter of the World Anti-Doping agency"

Head of the anti-doping sector of the Azerbaijan's Ministry of Youth and Sport Irada Rustamzade is at a loss about the decision, adopted by the Federation of International Hockey regarding two Spanish hockey players, whose doping tests were positive during the qualification finals in Baku.

"The final decision of the Federation fully contradicts to the charter of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)", said Irada Rustamzade. We have already sent a request to WADA and are waiting for the answer.

I have information about the substance, revealed in the blood of the Spanish Hockey players, but I can not give details about it. I can only say that it is a strong substance and both players are the members of the Spanish first team".
