President of Azerbaijan issues decree on changes to administrative- territorial division of several Azerbaijani regions

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has passed a decree to apply law "On introduction of partial changes to the administrative-territorial division of several regions", reports AzerTac.
In line with the document, these are Fizulu, Samukh and Yardimli regions.

The Cabinet of Ministers was empowered to prepare and send due proposals to the President of the country.
