French embassy organizes Music Festival in Baku

French Embassy to Azerbaijan is arranging a music festival in the Shirvanshahlar palace in Baku on June 21, reports the press service for the embassy.
The night of music will open with an exhibition "From the history of vinyl disks in France".

"This exhibition will feature brief history of the most famous French chansons, beginning from Edith Piaf and to Black wish group, presenting Joe Dassin, Clod Francois and Rita Mitsuco, whose music was admired by several generations through the world", reported the source.

The event will be attended by the representatives of the US embassy to Azerbaijan. They will organize a music program with participation of Poetica Musica, including Barry Crawford, flute, Oren Fader, guitar and Eleanor Valkenburg, vocal. They will perform works of US classics, as well as some international standard in a different acoustic manner.

The night will continue in the Shirvanshahlar palace with a program of French DJ David DeLUX.
