Siyavush Novruzov: "Draft law on education can be adopted only in case it is worked out by the commission under the President of Azerbaijan"

The parliament of Azerbaijan can not adopt the draft law "On education" unless it is submitted on behalf of the country's president, said deputy executive secretary of Yeni Azerbaijan party, deputy Siyavush Novruzov.

He noted that each of the sides in the sphere of education tries to fix the moments, profitable for them, in the law.

"Some rectors think they are eternal, therefore, they support the regulations, which are profitable for them. Others try to take steps in favor of the admission commission. This hinders adoption of an unambiguous law. I think the draft law can be adopted only in case it is worked out by the commission under the Azerbaijani president", said Novruzov.
