Azerbaijan taking part in international Carassauga festival in Canada for the first time

Day.Az reports with reference to the Carassauga website that the pavilion of Azerbaijan is functioning at the festival, held since 1985.

The pavilion features samples of national music, dances and cuisine. Our country is represented by Karabakh music group, national dance group of the Federation of Azerbaijan-Canada Association, the Silk Woad chamber orchestra, singers Aygun and Yusif, dancer Qemer Peyghemberi and tar-player Akbar Mejidov.

It should be noted that the festival, to end on May 25, involves 23 pavilions from 40 countries.
