Mass grave found in Babazanan Mountain of Salyan, Azerbaijan

To him, shepherds have found it today. Shepherds noticed numerous human bones in the ravine. Region leadership and historians were informed about the issue. He sated that mass grave occurred as a result of genocide committed by Armenians in 1918.

"The historical facts show that Armenians committed genocide in these territories in 1918. Though population sheltered in Babazanan Mountain, Armenians found and killed them. But their graves have not been found by now”, he said. Mammadov noted that the territory had not been investigated yet.
