Azerbaijanis likely to have e-signature this year

Azerbaijan is completing activities related to introduction of e-signature in the country.

Rufat Gulmammadov, Information Society Development Officer of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, said every citizen may have an e-signature by the end of this year.

Nail Mammadov, Director of the Ministry’s Data Center, added that e-signature holders will have digital certificates.
