Spokesman for Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense: "The third party refused to receive the captured Armenian soldier, therefore, we repatriated him to Armenia"

The due announcement was made by Eldar Sabiroglu, spokesman for the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan during a press conference, Day.Az reports.

"As far as I know, his sister and mother live in one of the Russia settlements. They did not want him to come due to hard living conditions. The third party refused to receive the captured Armenian soldier, therefore, we repatriated him to Armenia. Before that, Armenia had also returned our captured soldiers to us", he said.
