The nine-member council will be headed by Deputy Minister Elmir Velizadeh.
Moreover, a Multimedia Center will be established under the International Relations and Accounting Center.
Ali Abbasov, Minister of Communications and Information Technologies, noted that there is only one council under the ministry which is the Technical Council.
