Peter Semneby offers to hold a Week of Armenia in Azerbaijan

"I support the initiative of holding a Week of Azerbaijan In Armenia", Peter Semneby, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus said.
He called the establishment of such relations between the representatives of Azerbaijani and Armenian community a positive step.

"Azerbaijani and Armenian communities have been estranged from each other for a long time. Therefore, they should get informed about each other. I also support holding a Week of Armenia in Azerbaijan", he added.

Peter Semneby, who is currently visiting Armenia, expressed determination to visit Azerbaijan in early 2008.
